Individual Labor Law

Traditional labor law consists of the laws that govern individual labor relations. Naturally, the firm deals with all traditional aspects of labor law: individual dismissals, company labor regulations, organization of working hours, job security, temporary work, cross-border employment, wages and related aspects (tax law, stock options, compensation and benefits, etc.).

Collective Labor Law

We support your clients in matters of collective labor law. We advise on the rules that govern the operation of Unions, staff delegations or unions. We offer advice and assistance in the negotiation and drafting of collective instruments at the company level. Likewise, we accompany and assist our clients in collective or individual negotiations in relation to restructuring (collective layoffs, company closures), company transfers as a result of mergers or acquisitions.
